Pinky MM Bass

This blog showcases the work of Pinky/MM Bass. Her large format images are made using alternative cameras and experimental processes and address issues of aging, death and the mythology of that journey. In recent years Bass began stitching on photographs and perforating photographs which are then fed into music box sculptures so that one can actually “hear” the photographic image. Most recently Bass is exploring the mysteries of the human body through various forms of hand done fiber arts.
